摘　　要：安全防范系统已是智能小区的标准配置,也是提升住宅小区智能化水平必不可少的系统。对于智能住宅小区而言,安防系统的设计必须考虑其适用性、有效性、经济性,并通过前沿技术的应用提升住宅小区的智能化水平。文章首先分析了智能住宅小区安防系统的建设现状,接着对智能住宅小区安防系统设计应关注的问题进行了探讨,最后阐述了当前新兴前沿技术在智能小区安防系统中的应用。The security system has been the standard configuration of the intelligent residential community, and is also an indispensable system to improve the intelligent level of the residential community. For the intelligent residential community, the design of the security system must consider its applicability, effectiveness and economy, and improve the intelligent level of the residential district through the application of advanced technologies. This paper firstly analyzes the construction status of the security system of the intelligent residential district, and then discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the security system of the intelligent residential community. Finally, it expounds the application of the emerging frontier technologies in the security system of intelligent community.
