摘　　要：随着疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)支付制度改革试点工作的不断推进,医院要对现行的医疗服务流程或管理方式进行调整。经前期经验总结,其分为4个阶段,即数据分析阶段、成本核算阶段、绩效激励阶段、学科统筹阶段,合理的安排这4个阶段的工作,可以避免因DRG控费而局限临床发展,使DRG真正成为促进临床发展的有效管理工具。With the continuous promotion of DRG payment pilot work in the country,in order to cooperate with the pilot hospitals,the current medical service process or management mode should also be adjusted. Based on the previous experience, it is divided into four stages, namely, data analysis stage, cost accounting stage,performance incentive stage,and discipline planning stage. Reasonable consideration and arrangement of these four stages can avoid the limitation of clinical development due to DRG cost control and make DRG really become an effective management tool to promote clinical development.
