摘  要:为解决棒材轧线1150开坯机生产时经常出现的压下螺丝弹跳问题,分析、研究了轧制力、预紧力与弹跳三者之间的相关性,找出了影响压下螺丝弹跳的主要因素是预紧力的设置,本文提出了通过提高上轧辊平衡杠压力,给压下螺丝增加一个预紧力,从而增大螺旋副的摩檫力,最终减少、消除因咬钢时冲击产生的“弹跳”故障。生产实践证明,该方法解决压下螺丝“弹跳”是科学的、有效的,保证了设备的稳定运行。To solve the problems of depressed screw bouncing that often occurs 1150 billet machine in the bar rolling line, the correlation between rolling force, preload force and bounce are carefully analyzed and studied, and finally it is found that the setting of preload is the main factor affecting the depressed screw bounce. This paper proposes to add a preload force to the pressed screw by increasing the pressure of the upper roll balance bar, thereby increase the friction force of the spiral pair, so as to reduce and eliminate the “bounce” fault caused by the impact when biting the steel. The production practice has proved that this method is scientific and effective to solve the “bounce”, and it ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
