摘  要:低压开关柜在实际运行中产生的温升直接影响开关柜的安全性能和使用寿命。对于结构紧凑的小型化低压开关柜而言,温升性能显得尤为重要。本文以Edison LSN小型化进线柜为研究对象,利用鱼骨图定性分析影响低压开关柜温升的各种因素,再利用层次分析法(AHP)计算各影响因素的指标权重,以确定影响低压开关柜温升的关键原因,并进一步采取有效处理措施,使低压开关柜的温升不仅能满足国家标准的温升极限,还能留有裕度。The temperature rise of the low-voltage switchgear in practical operation directly affects the safety performance and service life cycle of the switchgear. For compact and miniaturized low-voltage switchgear, the performance of temperature rise is even more prominent. In this paper,taking Edison LSN miniaturized incoming cabinet as the research object, the various factors affecting the temperature rise of low-voltage switchgear are analyzed by fishbone diagram, and then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to calculate the index weight of each influencing factor to determine the key reasons affecting the temperature rise value of low-voltage switchgear, and further effective measures are taken to make the temperature rise of low-voltage switchgear not only meet the temperature rise limit stipulated by national standards, but also leave a margin.
