摘  要:为了解决高海拔地区变电站气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)波纹管形变超出限值导致筒体破裂、漏气、设备发热、短路等安全事故的问题,本文结合嵌入式技术及LoRa无线通信技术,设计并实现GIS波纹管状态监测系统。系统采用LoRa无线通信方式进行数据传输,能够实现对GIS波纹管形变、温度等状态量的在线监测,具有成本低、便于部署实施的优点。通过试验验证,系统功能可以满足需求,能够在一定程度上降低变电站运维人员的工作量,同时也为GIS的长期可靠运行提供了保障。In order to solve the problems such as cylinder rupture, air leakage, equipment heating,short circuit and other safety accidents caused by the deformation of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS) bellows in substation at high altitude, this paper designs and implements GIS bellows condition monitoring system by combining embedded technology and LoRa wireless communication technology. The system transmitting data by LoRa wireless technology, which can realize online monitoring of GIS bellows deformation, temperature and other states. It has the advantages of low cost and easy deployment and implementation. Through the test verification, the system function can meet the requirements. This system can reduce the workload of substation operation and maintenance personnel, and also provides a guarantee for the long-term reliable operation of GIS equipment.
