摘  要:研究了两种有机成核剂NX8000K,HPN-20E对煤基聚丙烯K1860结晶性能、力学性能及光学性能的影响。结果表明:成核剂的加入使K1860的结晶温度、拉伸强度、弯曲模量较空白试样明显提升;NX8000K在添加量为0.25%(w)时,雾度较空白试样下降了22.6%,增透效果突出;HPN-20E在低添加量[0.030%(w)]时,结晶温度、拉伸强度、弯曲模量较空白试样分别提升了5.3%,9.7%,25.7%。In this paper the effects of two kinds of organic nucleating agents NX8000k and HPN-20E on the crystallization,mechanical and optical properties of coal based polypropylene K1860 were studied.The results show that the crystallization temperature,tensile strength and flexural modulus of K1860 are significantly improved by adding nucleating agents in different concentrations.When the mass fraction of NX8000K is 0.25%,the transparency of K1860 is outstanding and the haze of K1860 is decreased by 22.6%.When HPN-20E is added at low mass fraction of 0.3‰,the crystallization temperature,tensile strength,and flexural modulus of K1860 are increased by 5.3%,9.7%,25.7%,respectively.
