摘 要:研究了硅烷交联聚乙烯(记作PEX_B)紫外光老化前后的力学性能、热性能、结晶度以及分子链结构的变化、并观察其拉伸断面形貌的变化。结果表明:PEX_B的拉伸屈服应力、结晶度和氧化诱导时间(OIT)均下降明显,拉伸屈服应力从27.4 MPa降至18.8 MPa,降幅达31.39%,结晶度从60.2%降至59.2%,OIT从52.6 min缩短至0.6 min。紫外光辐照下,PEX_B表面形成一层硬质界面层,辐照1080 h后界面层厚度达372μm,并在拉伸时出现大量裂纹,形成密集韧窝。因此,PEX_B用于富含紫外光的工况环境应进一步采取抗紫外光老化措施,以避免带来损失。The mechanical properties,thermal properties,crystallinity,and molecular chain of silane cross-linked polyethylene(PEX_B)were investigated before and after ultraviolet(UV)aging.The changes in morphology of the tensile section of the sample before and after UV aging were observed.The results show that the tensile yield strength,crystallinity and oxidation induction period(OIT)of PEX_B are significantly decreased.Its tensile yield strength decreases by 31.39%from 27.4 MPa to 18.8 MPa.Its crystallinity is decreased from 60.2%to 58.2%.Its OIT is greatly shortened from 52.6 min to 0.6 min.After UV radiation,a hard layer is formed on the surface of PEX_B.The thickness of interface layer is up to 372μm after 1080 h of UV radiation,which leads to quantities of cracks during the tension test and many dense dimples are formed.Therefore,anti-UV aging measures should be taken to PEX_B,so as to avoid losses during the environment within UV rays.
