摘 要:选取了河北省沧州市中捷养殖公司南美白对虾(Litopenaeus Vannamei)单养、南美白对虾+三疣梭子蟹+日本对虾混养和南美白对虾大水面粗养三种养殖模式,监测了三种养殖模式下弧菌(Vibrio)密度的周年变化规律,结果显示:三种养殖模式下水体中弧菌密度的变化主要受水温影响,其变化趋势与水温变化趋势基本相同;从季节看,秋季弧菌密度最高,其次是夏季,春季弧菌密度最低;三种养殖模式中,在夏季和秋季,混养模式弧菌密度最高,单养模式次之,大水面养殖模式最低;而在春季,三种养殖模式下弧菌密度基本相同。The annual density variation of Vibrio was monitored of three cultivation modes of Litopenaeus vannamei in Cangzhou City,Hebei Province,including the monoculture model of L.vannamei,co-culture of L.vannamei,Portunus trituberculatus and Penaeus japonicus,and rough culture of L.vannamei.The results showed that:the density variation of Vibrio in aquaculture water under the three cultivation modes was mainly affected by the temperature,which trend was basically the same as that of water temperature.In seasonal perspective,the density of Vibrio reached the highest in autumn,followed by summer,and the lowest in spring.And in summer and autumn,the density of Vibrio from high to low was the co-culture mode,monoculture mode and the rough mode,however,in spring,there was no significant difference among the three cultivation modes.
