摘 要:以海马齿(Sesuvium portulacastrum)为研究对象,分析水培海马齿对不同污染程度的海水养殖废水中污染物的去除效果,并考察在这一过程中海马齿叶绿素含量、根系活力、含氮量、铁含量等生物指标的变化规律。结果表明:海马齿对海水养殖废水中的总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+))的去除效果良好,去除率分别为93.30%、73.47%和100.00%。高磷或高氮对NH_(4)^(+)、COD、NO_(2)^(-)均有少量的抑制作用,对NO-3无显著影响。高磷环境对TP去除率有明显的抑制作用,仅为35.91%。海马齿的叶绿素含量随着时间的增加均先升高后降低,两者最终含量为0.20 mg/g;根系活力逐渐增高至85.85 mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1)、Fe^(2+)含量由初始的3.69μg/g降低至2.92μg/g。其中高磷或高氮环境使根系活力及Fe^(2+)含量明显低于空白组,分别为修复后空白组的41.20%、49.27%与78.75%、80.09%,对叶绿素含量变化趋势无显著影响。因此,海马齿在海水养殖废水的处理中有良好的应用前景。Sesuvium portulacastrum was used as the research object to analyze the removal effect of pollutants from mariculture wastewater with different pollution levels by hydroponic method,and to investigate the changes of chlorophy ll content,root activity,nitrogen content,iron content and other biological indicators in this process.It was indicated that the removal efficiency of TP,COD and NH_(4)^(+) in mariculture wastewater was 93.30%,73.47%and 100.00%,respectively.High phosphorus or high nitrogen environment had a handful of inhibitory effect on NH_(4)^(+),COD and NO_(2)^(-),but had inapparent effect on NO_(3)^(-).The TP removal rate was only 35.91%under high phosphorus environment.With the increase of time,the chlorophy ll content of S.portulacastrum increased firstly and then decreased and the final contents was 0.20 mg·g^(-1).The root activity increased gradually to 85.85 mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1),and the Fe^(2+) content decreased from 3.69 g·g^(-1) to 2.92 g·g^(-1).The root activity and Fe^(2+) content in high phosphorus or high nitrogen environment were significantly lower than those in the blank group(41.20%,49.27%and 78.75%,80.09%,respectively),and the final content was 3.14%,which had indistinctive influence on the change trend of chlorophy ll content.Therefore,S.portulacastrum has clear application potential in the treatment of mariculture wastewater.
