摘　　要：通过对渔业保险诈保骗保的主要形式进行分析,利用舞弊三角理论压力、机会和自我合理化三要素的共同作用分析目前渔业被保险人诈保骗保原因,提出保险企业相应的防诈保骗保策略应从完善信息系统建设、健全渔业保险监管体系、避免自我合理化心态的盛行三个方式着手,为实现渔业保险监管长效安全运转提供科学合理的建议。The main forms of fraud and deception in fishery insurance were analyzed.The reasons for the current fraud and deception in fishery insurance were analyzed using the three elements of fraud triangle theory:pressure,opportunity and self rationalization.It was proposed that the corresponding strategies of insurance enterprises preventing fraud and deception should start from three ways:improving the construction of information system,perfecting the fishery insurance supervision system and avoiding the prevalence of self rationalization mentality.Scientific and reasonable suggestions were provided for the long-term and safe operation of fishery insurance supervision.
