摘　　要：阐述电力设计企业的产业数字化转型的基本内涵、必要性、发展路径和保障措施,探讨集成产品开发(IPD)管理体系在指导重点产研方向实施中的应用。以某电力设计企业为例,绘制企业级产业数字化转型的战略方向与落地实施路径,及产业数字化生态体系,并构建产业数字化与管理数字化相互融合、对立统一的总体架构。The authors systematically describe the basic connotation,necessity,development paths and safeguard measures of industrial digital transformation for electric power design enterprises.The application of integrated product development(IPD)management system in guiding the implementation of key production and research directions is discussed.Taking an electric power design enterprise as an example,this paper points out the strategic direction and implementation path of industrial digital transformation,and the industrial digital ecosystem on enterprise level.Finally,the overall structure of mutual integration and unity of opposites between industrial digitalization and management digitalization is constructed.
