摘 要:研究了影响煤泥浮选过程的因素,以细粒难选煤泥为研究对象,进行了煤质分析以及药剂、浮选浓度、充气量的浮选条件试验。试验结果表明:起泡剂分段加药效果优于一次加药,精煤可燃体回收率提高5个百分点,灰分降低0.6个百分点;3种调整剂比较,六偏磷酸钠分散细泥的效果更佳,当添加量为1 000 g/t时,精煤灰分降低1.4个百分点,回收率提高6个百分点;过高的浓度和充气量会导致精煤灰分增高,回收率下降,样品煤泥适宜的充气量为0.37 m^(3)/(m^(2)·min),浮选浓度100 g/L。In the paper, the factors that influence coal flotation effect were firstly discussed, then fine coal was taken as trial samples, coal quality analysis, and the flotation conditions tests of reagent, flotation concentration as well as aeration rate were done.The results showed that frother’s adding for several time was better than one time, the combustible recovery increased by 5 percentage points, and ash content decreased by 0.6 percentage point;the comparisons of three kinds of regulators, sodium hexametaphosphate’s dispersing performance was the best, when the dosage was 1000 g/t, the ash content reduced by 1.4 percentage points, the recovery increased by 6 percentage points;too high concentration and aeration rate would lead to the increment of the clean coal’s ash and the decline of recovery;the best flotation concentration was 100 g/L,aeration rate was 0.37 m^(3)/(m^(2)·min).
