摘　　要：针对柴里煤矿选煤厂原煤特性的变化,分析了原WTMC1400/1000型无压三产品重介质旋流器应用中存在的问题,对重介旋流器结构进行了优化,改造效果表明,3CDC型无压三产品重介旋流器分选精度及数量效率均优于传统结构旋流器,数量效率可高达99%,一二段分选精度均高于行业标准。Based on the characteristics of raw coal in Chaili coal mine, analyzed the problems of application of traditional gravity-free three products dense medium cyclone in Chaili mine coal preparation plant, the structure of the dense medium cyclone was reconfigured.The modification effect shows that the sorting accuracy and quantity efficiency of 3CDC none pressure heavy medium cyclone are better than the traditional structure cyclone, its quantity efficiency is up to 99%,and the sorting accuracy is higher than the industry standard.
