摘　　要：介绍了加压过滤机的工作原理及技术、结构特征,针对其在实际生产中存在的故障率高、滤布磨损快等问题,采取改变滤饼卸料方式、改造闸板接近开关、在加压仓内安装摄像头等技术措施,有效解决了加压过滤机存在的问题,实现了设备稳定、高效运行。The working principle, technology and structural characteristics of the pressure filter are introduced.In view of the problems such as high failure rate and fast wear of the press cloth in the actual production, the technical reform measures such as changing the discharge mode of the filter cake, transforming the ram access switch and installing the camera in the pressure chamber are adopted to effectively solve the problems of the pressure filter and realize the stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
