摘 要:基于目前浓缩加药过程中依赖人工、工人劳动强度大和药剂消耗量高的问题,提出浓缩加药系统升级改造方案;通过新增界面仪、浊度仪等监测装置,实时监测煤泥水沉降效果,反馈相关参数,通过采用反馈的控制策略,最终实现浓缩机加药系统无人值守,可减少药剂消耗量15 g/t,有效降低工人劳动强度,稳定产品质量,最终达到降本增效的目标。As an important step in the whole washing process, slime water treatment is related to the quality of washing circulating water and affects the production efficiency and product quality of coal preparation plant. At present, the concentration dosing process depends on manpower, labor intensity of workers and high consumption of chemicals. The upgrading scheme of concentration dosing system is put forward. By adding interface meter, turbidity meter and other related monitoring devices, the settling effect of slime water is monitored in real time, and relevant parameters are fed back. By introducing feedback control strategy, the unattended and intelligent dosing function of thickener dosing system is finally realized, which can reduce the consumption of chemicals by 15 g/t, effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, stabilize the product quality, and finally achieve cost reduction.
