补髓生血汤治疗肾阴阳两虚兼心气不足型再生障碍性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补髓生血汤治疗肾阴阳两虚兼心气不足型血液再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者临床效果。方法将我院117例AA患者随机分为观察组59例与对照组58例,对照组给予司坦唑醇及环孢素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补髓生血汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血常规指标[红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、白细胞(WBC)]。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血液RBC、Hb、PLT、WBC均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补髓生血汤治疗本病可有效提高临床疗效,改善中医症状,加快贫血症状缓解,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Busui Shengxue Decoction in treatment of aplastic anemia(AA)due to deficiency of kidney yin-yang and lack of heart qi.Methods A total of 117 patients with AA were randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=58).Control group was treated with stanozolol and cyclosporine,and observation group was additionally given Busui Shengxue Decoction.The clinical efficacy of treatment,as well as scores of TCM syndromes,blood routine indicators[red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT),white blood cell(WBC)]befare and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05);the blood RBC,Hb,PLT and WBC were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and were significantly higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Busui Shengxue Decoction can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the TCM symptoms,and accelerate the improvement of anemia and the quality of life of patients in treatment of aplastic anemia.
