加味益气聪明汤联合助听器分形音乐程序治疗特发性耳鸣疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味益气聪明汤联合助听器分形音乐程序对特发性耳鸣的治疗效果及可行性。方法将我院收治的120例慢性特发性耳鸣患者随机分为对照组与察组各60例,所有患者均存在不同程度的听力损失,均予以佩戴助听器进行听力补偿,其中对照组通过助听器分形音乐程序进行声治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联用加味益气聪明汤,对比两组耳鸣治疗效果及预后情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GQOLI-74生存质量量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用加味益气聪明汤联合助听器分形音乐程序治疗特发性耳鸣疗效确切,可有效恢复患者耳鸣症状及听力损失情况,对改善患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪及生活质量亦具有积极作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and feasibility of Mdodified Yiqi Congming Decoction combined with fractal music program of hearing aid on idiopathic tinnitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic idiopathic tinnitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group.All patients had different degrees of hearing loss and were given hearing aids for hearing compensation.Control group received acoustic therapy through the fractal music program of hearing aids,and observation group received Modified Yiqi Congming Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects and prognosis of tinnitus in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the scores of tinnitus disability scale(THI)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P>0.05);the scores of each dimension of GQOLI-74 quality of life scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yiqi Congming Decoction combined with hearing aid fractal music program is effective in treatment of idiopathic tinnitus,which can effectively recover the tinnitus symptoms and hearing loss of patients,and also has a positive effect on improving the negative emotions of anxiety,depression and quality of life.
