摘　　要：为了提高生产效率,抵制敌伪的经济封锁与破坏,减轻地主商人对农民的剥削,苏中抗日根据地大力倡导互助合作运动。根据地通过制订互助合作的政策法规,帮助农户制订生产计划,推动互助合作运动的开展。根据地建立了互助组、合作社等多种互助组织,制订了互助合作的运营机制,保证公平合理。苏中根据地在开展互助合作中,注重对剩余劳动力的使用,兼顾各阶层利益,采取了劳武结合的方式。苏中根据地互助合作的发展取得了一定的成效。Middle Jiangsu anti-Japanese bases initiated the mutual aid and cooperation movement to raise the production efficiency,to break the economic blockade of the enemy and puppet regime,to alleviate the exploitation of the peasants by landlords and businessmen.The bases formulated policies,laws and regulations,helped peasant households formulate production plan,thus promoted the development of mutual aid and cooperation movement.The bases established various kinds of organizations of mutual aid,such as groups of mutual aid,cooperatives and others,made operating mechanism of mutual aid and cooperation to guarantee fairness and reasonableness.In mutual aid and cooperation,Middle Jiangsu anti-Japanese bases attached importance to the use of surplus labor,gave consideration to the benefit of every class,combined labor with the military.The development of mutual aid and cooperation movement in Middle Jiangsu anti-Japanese bases had got certain achievements.
