摘　　要：目的识别某化工涂料有限公司工作场所可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析和评价控制效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业病防护设施检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等对该公司的职业病危害因素及其接触水平、职业病防护设施及其他职业病防护措施与效果、职业病危害因素对劳动者的健康影响情况进行综合分析。结果该公司在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、异丁醇、滑石粉尘、二氧化钛粉尘、其他粉尘、噪声)。检测结果表明:化学毒物、噪声、滑石粉尘的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。各岗位的控制风速检测数据显示,配料、分散、研磨、试喷的控制风速在0.21~2.02 m/s,其中配料岗位的控制风速为0.21 m/s,不符合《工作场所防止职业中毒卫生工程防护措施规范》的要求(0.25~3 m/s)。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重项目,在确保各类防护设施有效运行的情况下,该公司在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。但该企业职业卫生管理有待加强,需完善应急救援预案的制定与演练,加强个人防护用品的使用。Objective To identify the possible occupational hazards in the workplace of a chemical paint company,this paper analyzes and evaluates the control effect.Methods We comprehensively analyzed the occupational hazards,the exposure levels,the occupational diseases prevention and protection facilities,the influence to the labors’health by field investigation of occupational health,occupational hazards measurement,the occupational disease prevention and protection facilities inspection,occupational health examination,and checklist analysis.Results The occupational hazards in the production process of the company include chemical poisons(toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,cyclohexanone,isobutanol,talc dust,titanium dioxide dust,and other dusts and noise).The detection results showed that the detection results of chemical poison and noise met the national health standards.The control wind speed detection of each position showed that the control wind speed of batching,dispersing,grinding and spraying was 0.21-2.02 m/s,and the control wind speed of batching position was 0.21 m/s,which did not meet the requirements of Hygienic Engineering Measures for Preventing and Controlling Occupational Poisoning in the Workplace(0.25-3 m/s).Conclusion The project is with serious occupational hazards.Under the condition of ensuring the effective operation of various protective facilities,the company is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.However,the occupational health management of the enterprise needs to be strengthened.It is necessary to improve the formulation and drill of emergency rescue plan and strengthen the use of personal protective equipments.
