摘　　要：目的应用新加坡职业暴露半定量风险评估法对肇庆市某电子设备生产企业的有机溶剂危害进行风险评估,为其风险管理提供依据。方法选择该电子设备生产企业,采用新加坡职业暴露半定量风险评估法对其存在有机溶剂危害的岗位开展职业风险评估。结果该电子设备生产企业存在的有机溶剂危害有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮和乙酸丁酯。工作场所空气中甲苯的检测结果为CTWA<(1.2~85.9)mg/m^(3),其余有机溶剂危害均低于检出限值。配料、流延和丝印岗位的甲苯危害属中等风险,其余各岗位存在的有机溶剂危害均属低风险或可忽略风险。结论该电子设备生产企业在目前工作条件下,需重点关注的有机溶剂危害为甲苯,并采取相应的控制措施减少甲苯对劳动者健康产生的不良影响。Objective The risk assessment of organic solvents hazard in an electronic equipment production enterprise was carried out by using Singapore occupational exposure semi-quantitative risk assessment method to provide reference for risk management.Methods An electronic equipment production enterprise in Zhaoqing city was selected to carry out occupational risk assessment of organic solvents hazard by using Singapore occupational exposure semi-quantitative risk assessment method.Results The hazard of organic solvents in the electronic equipment production enterprise included benzene,toluene,xylene,acetone and butyl acetate.The concentration of toluene in the air CTWA was<1.2-85.9 mg/m3,the hazards of other organic solvents were lower than the detection limit.The risk caused by toluene at working positions such as batching,tape-casting and silk screen printing was medium,while the risk caused by other organic solvents at other working positions was low.Conclusion Under current conditions,the enterprise should pay more attention to the health risk due to toluene and effective measures should be taken to protect the workers’health.
