摘 要:针对永磁容错轮缘推进电机(FTPM-RDM)低速情况下转子位置难以检测的问题,提出一种基于广义二阶积分器(SOGI)高频电压注入的转子位置估计方法,即当FTPM-RDM低速运行时,将高频电压信号注入估计的同步旋转坐标系中,检测含有转子位置信息的六相电流,通过广义二阶积分器提取电机转子位置信息。与传统低通滤波器高频电压注入法相比,该方法在转矩和转速阶跃变化、电机绕组发生开路故障等情况下,均能准确估计电机的转子位置信息,并且具有动态性能好、转子位置估计误差小的特点。仿真和实验结果均验证了该转子位置估计算法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to detect the rotor position of fault-tolerant permanent magnet rim drive motor(FTPM-RDM) at low speed, a rotor position estimation method based on generalized second-order integrator(SOGI) high-frequency voltage injection was proposed, that is, when FTPM-RDM operates at low speed, the high-frequency voltage signal was injected into the estimated synchronous rotating coordinate system to detect the six phase current containing rotor position information, and the rotor position information of the motor was extracted through the generalized second-order integrator. Compared with the traditional low-pass filter high-frequency voltage injection method, the proposed method can accurately estimate the rotor position information of the motor in the case of step change of torque and speed, open circuit fault of motor winding with the characteristics of good dynamic performance and small rotor position estimation error. Both simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed rotor position estimation algorithm.
