摘 要:我国厚煤层开采存在巷道支护与煤柱损失的难题,本文以综合回采率与巷道支护一并解决的厚煤层错层位巷道布置采全厚采煤法为主要研究内容。首先,介绍了厚煤层错层位巷道布置采全厚采煤法,在此基础上,进一步给出了起坡段工艺特征。其次,结合沿空掘巷特点,给出该工艺跳采特征,结合巷道布置经典理论确定错层位巷道布置的机理及其巷道承载特点,从而消除跳采带来的孤岛煤柱问题及实现工作面采出率的最大化。最后,结合两种典型特征矿井介绍了该采煤方法的应用情况,发现该采煤方法在回采率、自然发火与巷道维护等方面的独特优势。The problems of roadway support and pillar loss exist in thick coal seam mining in China.In this paper,the main research content is the full-thickness mining method of staggered roadway layout in thick coal seam,which is solved by comprehensive recovery ratio and roadway support.Firstly,full-seam mining adopted roadway layout of stagger arrangement in thick coal seam is introduced,on this basis,the process characteristics of the uphill section are proposed.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of gob-side entry driving,the skip mining characteristics of this technology are proposed.Based on the classical theory of roadway layout,the mechanism of staggered roadway layout and roadway bearing characteristics are determined,so as to eliminate the problem of isolated coal pillars caused by skip-mining and achieve the maximum recovery ratio of the working face.Finally,the application of the mining method is introduced according to two typical characteristics of mines.It is found that this mining method has unique advantages in recovery ratio,spontaneous combustion seam and roadway maintenance.
