摘  要:[目的]探究欧洲月季高效繁育技术。[方法]以3年生欧洲月季品种黄金庆典、王妃为接穗,1年生无刺蔷薇为砧木,采用T形芽接法进行生根前嫁接、生根后嫁接和侧枝嫁接、主干嫁接。观察嫁接后的存活率、观赏期,测定光合生理、以及花径大小等数据。[结果]砧木生根前嫁接相比生根后嫁接,月季存活率高、培育开花时间所需时间短;侧枝嫁接相比主干嫁接的月季生长表现更加均衡、花朵直径较大、花期持续时间更长。[结论]该研究可为欧洲月季在安徽地区的推广和应用奠定一定的理论基础和科学依据。[Objective] To explore the efficient breeding technology of European rose. [Methods] Three year old European rose varieties golden Jubilee and Princess were used as scions,and one year rose without thorns was used as rootstock.The survival rate,ornamental period,photosynthetic physiology and flower diameter were observed. [Results] The survival rate was higher and the flowering time was shorter when grafted before root than after root.The growth performance of rose grafted by side branch was more balanced,flower diameter was larger and flowering duration was longer than that of main stem graft. [Conclusion] This study could lay a theoretical and scientific basis for the popularization and application of European rose in Anhui province.
