井窖移栽模式下不同茎高对中烟100生长发育的影响

摘  要:[目的]明确适宜潍坊烟区井窖移栽烟苗的大小,充分发挥出井窖移栽模式的优势。[方法]以中烟100为试验材料,在常规采用的16 cm窖深情况下,设置了2、4、6、8、10 cm 5个不同茎高烟苗处理,对各处理烟苗移栽成活率、烟株生长发育及产质量进行分析。[结果]不同茎高烟苗采用井窖式移栽,成活率均在95%以上。移栽时采用茎高为8 cm的烟苗,其田间表现较好,特别是在前期长势健壮,且烤后烟叶产质量较高,其次为茎高10 cm的烟苗,茎高为2 cm的烟苗田间表现较差。[结论]潍坊烟区中烟100烟苗移栽时宜选用茎高为8~10 cm的烟株,该高度下,烤烟产量及上等烟比例较高,烤后烟叶化学成分较为协调。[Objective] The aim of this study was to clarify the size of tobacco seedlings suitable for wellcellar transplanting in Weifang tobacco area,and give full play to the advantages of well-cellar transplanting mode. [Method] With Zhongyan 100 as the test material,under the condition of conventional 16 cm cellar depth,five different stem height tobacco seedling treatments of 2,4,6,8 and 10 cm were set up. The transplanting survival rate,growth and development,yield and quality of tobacco plants were analyzed.[Result] The survival rate of tobacco seedlings with different stem heights was more than 95% by well-cellar transplanting. When transplanting,the tobacco seedlings with stem height of 8 cm had better field performance,especially in the early stage of growth,and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were higher,followed by the tobacco seedlings with stem height of 10 cm,and the tobacco seedlings with stem height of 2 cm had poor field performance. [Conclusion] The tobacco plants with stem height of 8-10 cm should be selected when transplanting Zhongyan 100 seedlings in Weifang tobacco area. At this height,the yield of fluecured tobacco and the proportion of superior tobacco were higher,and the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves were more coordinated.
