摘  要:目的从驱护舰艇军医视角了解对驱护舰艇卫生专业士兵战伤救治能力及战救培训要求。方法采用目的抽样法,于2020-07/2021-06月选取13名具有驱护舰艇军医工作经历的军官进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料。结果分析资料提炼得出3个主题:战时需发挥多种作用、战救培训应形式多样、全面抓牢培训重点,共包含12个类属。结论驱护舰艇卫生专业士兵应具备全面且较高水平战救能力,能够配合完成战伤紧急救治;战救培训应针对能力需求,贯彻“三位一体”与军地融合理念,着力解决培训重难点问题,提高效果质量。Objective To explore the requirements for the combat casualty care competence and training of medics on destroyers and frigates from the perspective of medical officers.Methods Purposive sampling was adopted,and 13 medical officers with the experiences of serving on destroyers or frigates were enrolled for semi-structured interviews from July 2020 to June 2021.Colaizzi′s analysis method was used to analyze the interview data.Results Three themes were extracted from the analyzed data,including playing multiple roles in wartime,various forms of combat casualty care training,holding to the key points of training,which contained 12 clusters.Conclusion Medics who serve on destroyers and frigates should have comprehensive and high-level combat casualty care competence,and be able to cooperate with emergency treatment of combat casualty.Targeting the competence,combat casualty care training should be implemented with the concepts of"Trinity"and military-civilian integration,and focus on the key points and difficulties,so as to improve the quality and outcomes.
