摘 要:铜渣碎磨工艺生产实践表明,半自磨—球磨流程已经取代常规碎磨流程,成为铜渣碎磨工艺的主要流程。结合某铜渣项目选矿工艺方案和铜渣矿石性质特点,首次将单段半自磨流程应用于铜渣碎磨工艺设计中。首先分析了单段半自磨流程应用于该铜渣碎磨工艺的合理性,以及流程配置方案和磨机规格的选取。然后针对单段半自磨工艺特点,对磨机结构参数及磨机运行参数进行了合理选取,确保了单段半自磨流程在铜渣碎磨工艺上的成功应用。最后,展望了单段半自磨+立式搅拌磨流程在铜渣碎磨工艺上的优势和应用前景。The copper smelting slag comminution practice showed the SAB circuit(circuit of SAG mill and ball mill) has replaced the conventional circuit of crusher and ball mill, and become the main comminution circuit. Based on the mineral beneficiation process and natures of copper smelting slag in a project, the singlestage SAG circuit was first applied to the design of the copper smelting slag comminution process. Firstly,the rationality of the application of the single-stage SAG circuit to the copper smelting slag comminution process was analyzed, and then reasonable circuit configuration and proper mill size were identified. After that, according to the technical features of the single-stage SAG circuit, the special design of the mill structural parameters and the selection of the mill operating parameters were analyzed, thus the successful application of the single-stage SAG circuit to the copper smelting slag comminution process was guaranteed. At last, the advantages and prospect of the application of the circuit involving the single-stage SAG and the vertical stirring mill to the copper smelting slag comminution process were expected.
