摘 要:矿渣立磨应用于520 m^(2)/kg超高比表面积的矿渣微粉项目,国内尚属首次,且为出口项目。概括了年产90万t超高比表面积LGMS5527矿渣立磨的主要特点,介绍了研发关键点、安装过程中的注意事项及调试过程中采取的措施,为后续研发其他规格的超高比表面积矿渣立磨打下了坚实的基础。It was the first time in China for the slag vertical mill to apply to the slag powdering project with ultra-high specific surface area of 520 m^(2)/kg, and it was an export project. In the paper, the main features of 0.9Mt/a LGMS5527 slag vertical mill whose product was of ultra-high specific surface area were summarized,and key points about research and development, matters need to pay attention during installation and measures taken during commissioning were introduced. The project laid solid foundation for the research on other specifications of slag vertical mills whose product was of ultra-high specific surface area.
