摘　　要：通过分析《万病回春》中有关小儿脾胃系统常见疾病的辨识和方剂,总结该书治疗小儿脾胃系统疾病的常用治法(补脾法、运脾法、消积导滞法、清热法、软坚散结法、外治法)和预防调护、从脾胃论治其他系统疾病的思想和方法,并总结其学术特色,对后世医者诊治和预防小儿脾胃系统疾病具有重要的临床参考价值。The article mainly analyzes the diagnosis of common diseases of children’s spleen and stomach system and prescriptions in Wanbing Huichun(《万病回春》),summarizes the common treatments of the book in the treatment of children’s spleen and stomach system diseases,such as tonifying the spleen,spleen nourishing method,promoting digestion and relieving stagnation,clearing away heat,soften hardness and dissipate binds,external treatment,as well as the ideas and methods of treating other system diseases from the spleen and stomach and the prevention and care of children’s spleen and stomach diseases.The academic features of this book are also summarized,which has important clinical reference value for doctors to diagnose,treat and prevent children’s spleen and stomach system diseases.
