摘  要:针对现有电脑内存条插槽(DIMM)连接器SMT生产线送料慢的问题,设计了一种全自动送料装置,包括安装底板、振动器、送料装置和STM32单片机控制系统。振动器和送料盘安装在设备底板上,送料盘内设置有两道送料导轨,与送料盘侧壁之间形成导向槽,另一端配有可上下活动的送料器料座,将DIMM连接器放入送料盘后,振动器工作将DIMM连接器振动前移,挡片挡住DIMM连接器,在需要送料时,单片机驱动电机控制气缸将DIMM连接器顶起,DIMM连接器被插件机上的机械手吸取或夹取后气缸下移复位,进入下一个工作周期。该装置已应用到实际生产中,兼容现有的SMT设备及插件机设备,有效实现自动化送料,提高了工作效率和降低了生产成本。对比改造前后的数据,员工人数从5人减少至1人,生产节拍从9 s/件降低至4 s/件,次品率从21‰大幅度下降至3‰,各项技术指标较好,对电子制造业有一定的借鉴作用。In order to solve the problem of slow feeding in the SMT production line of the existing computer memory slot connector,a fullyautomatic feeding device was designed,which included a mounting base plate,a vibrator and a feeding device.The vibrator and the feedingtray were installed on the bottom plate of the equipment.There were two feeding guide rails in the feeding tray.A guide groove was formedbetween the feeding tray and the side wall of the feeding tray.The other end was equipped with a feeder that can move up and down.The devicewas compatible with existing SMT equipment and plug-in machine equipment,effectively realized automatic feeding,improved work efficiencyand reduces production costs.The device applied to actual production.Comparing the data before and after the transformation,the number ofemployees reduced from 5 to 2,the production cycle reduced from 9 s/piece to 4 s/piece,and the defective product rate dropped significantlyfrom 21‰to 3‰.The technical indicators are better,the electronics manufacturing industry has a certain reference role.
