摘 要:为了提高水利水电工程移动式启闭机的自动化水平和使用的安全性,解决移动式启闭机在孔口对位和使用过程中难的问题,应用低速有利于精准对位的原理,研究了适合长距离快速行走的大车行走机构及其精准对位方法;设计了适合短距离慢速行走的新型小车行走机构,介绍了两种不同行走机构的结构及其自动对位方法,并以双向移动式启闭机为例来说明其应用。应用表明,两种行走机构的组合使用,可实现双向移动式启闭机自动对位,无需人工反复点动;新型小车行走机构可大幅提高作业的安全性、操作和维护的便利性,有助于提高移动式启闭机对位自动化、智能化水平和促进智慧水利建设。In order to improve the automation level and use safety of the mobile hoist in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering,and solve the difficult problem of the mobile hoist in the orifice alignment and use process,the principle that low speed is conducive to accurate alignment was applied,the accurate alignment method of crane traveling mechanism suitable for long-distance and fast walking was studied.A new type of trolley traveling mechanism suitable for short distance slow travel was designed.The structures of two different walking mechanisms and their automatic alignment methods were introduced,and the bidirectional two-way mobile hoist was taken as an example to illustrate its application.The application shows that the combination of the two traveling mechanisms can realize the automatic alignment of the two-way mobile hoist without manual repeated inching.The new trolley traveling mechanism can greatly improve the safety of operation and the convenience of operation and maintenance,it is helpful to improve the automation and intelligence level of mobile hoist alignment and promote the construction of smart water conservancy.
