摘  要:为了解决特高压换流变压器在1.1倍额定电压下空载试验时,电源容量和试验电压波形出现畸变的问题,根据被试变压器的空载励磁特性,建立了用三、五次单调谐滤波器的等值电路模型,推导出试验系统等效阻抗与谐振频率的关系,从理论上计算出欠谐振和过谐振条件下的谐振范围,并在变压器试验中予以验证和优化,得到最佳谐振点,设计和生产出满足工程实际需要的单调谐滤波器电源。配备该滤波器的电源系统在588 MVA/1100 kV换流变压器空载试验中,将不带滤波器时的电压波形畸变率由9.6%,改善为2.8%,满足了国家标准中对畸变率小于3%的要求。解决了长期困扰各变压器生产厂家由于电源容量不足,不能准确测量大容量换流变压器在1.1倍额定电压下的空载损耗和空载电流的难题。新型试验电源系统使变压器生产厂家在出厂试验时更准确和高效,操作更简单,同时,在节能环保和空间利用上,也具有优势,为变压器厂家的试验电源提供了一种新的解决方案。To solve the power source limit and distortion of test voltage at 110%rated voltage no load test for ultra-high voltage converter transformer,on basis of the characteristics of no-load test for transformer,the equivalent circuit of third and fifth order single tuned filter was established.By deriving the relationship between test system equivalent impedance and resonance,resonance range at under-resonance and over-resonance conditions were calculated in theory.After validating and optimizing in transformer testing,the optimum points were determined,and the single tuned filter by engineer requirements was designed and produced.At no load test for 588 MVA/1100 kV converter transformer,the power source equipped with the filter improved the test voltage distortion to 2.8%,in comparison with 9.6%while without the filter,meeting standard requirement of less than 3%.It solved the problem of big deviation in measuring no load losses and current at 110%rated voltage for converter transformer with large capacity,due to capacity limit for power source.The new-type power source system motivates transformer manufacturer to lead factory tests more accurate,efficient,and easy to operate,additionally with obvious advantage in energy conservation and environmental protection.It could be a new solution for testing power source in manufacturer’s factory.
