摘　　要：某发电公司锅炉燃烧器雨淋阀一到冬天气温在-5℃以下时,就会出现雨淋阀及附属管道冻裂漏水的现象,给锅炉设备的安全运行带来隐患。为了解决这一难题,结合设备现状,如:雨淋阀处于高空位置并裸露在外,常年受强烈冷空气影响较大,雨淋阀管道内部积存的静态水易结冻,外部保温为常用的岩棉保温材料,以及设备的材质和运行状况等因素,进行了比较详细的冻裂机理分析,从而找到了造成雨淋阀冻裂的原因。针对这些原因,提出了多个不同的处理方案,并逐个对这些方案从不同的角度进行了分析和比较,从而筛选出性能优异、经济合理、安装简单、具有创新意义的方案。运用此方案后,在冬季气温达到-8℃时,雨淋阀及其管路未出现冻裂漏水现象。The deluge valve of the boiler burner of a power generation company will crack and leak when the temperature is below-5℃every winter,which will bring hidden dangers to the safe operation of the boiler equipment.In order to solve this problem,the frost crack mechanism was analyzed in detail in combination with the current situation of the equipment,such as:the deluge valve was at a high altitude and exposed to the outside,which was greatly affected by the strong cold air all the year round,the static water accumulated in the deluge valve pipeline was easy to freeze,the commonly used rock wool insulation material was selected for external insulation,and the material and operation status of the equipment,so as to find the causes of the frost crack of the deluge valve.In view of these reasons,several different treatment schemes were put forward,and the schemes were analyzed and compared one by one from different angles,so as to select the scheme with excellent performance,economic rationality,simple installation and innovative significance.Finally,after using this scheme,the deluge valve and its pipeline had not frost crack and water leakage when the temperature is-8℃in winter.
