摘 要:制动器是保障电梯运行安全的核心部件,因此对制动器的检验及维护保养尤为重要。通过对电梯制动器检验、维护保养方面的相关规范、文献的研读,结合电梯行业内制动器的应用及发展情况,参考其他相关的制动器故障方面的文献,从机械、电气及功能性检验方法上系统性地对制动器展开论述。并分析了实际检验中电梯制动器在机械方面和电气方面的缺陷及造成缺陷的原因,机械方面为长期使用造成开口销磨损缺失而引起制动器单边制动的安全隐患,电气方面为制动器保护线路接线不合理引起的制动器故障保护检测功能不完善。最后,通过实际的整改方案为解决电梯制动器日常检验和维护中遇到的问题提供借鉴。Brake is the core component to ensure the safety of elevator operation,so the inspection and maintenance of the brake is particularly important.Through the study of relevant specifications and literature on elevator brake inspection and maintenance,combined with the application and development of brakes in the elevator industry,and referring to other relevant brake failure literature,the brake was systematically discussed in terms of mechanical,electrical and functional inspection methods.In addition,the mechanical and electrical defects of the elevator brake in the actual inspection and the reasons for the defects were analyzed.In the mechanical aspect,the long-term use caused the wear and tear of the split pin to cause the safety hazard of unilateral braking of the brake.In the electrical aspect,the brake fault protection detection function caused by the unreasonable wiring of the brake protection circuit was not perfect.Finally,through the actual rectification plan,it provided reference for solving the problems encountered in the daily inspection and maintenance of elevator brakes.
