摘　　要：电梯意外移动保护装置的应用,极大提升了电梯使用的安全性,在面对紧急情况时能够保证制动效果,因此在实际的应用过程中应当加强检测,并利用相关的失效案例进行分析,以掌握其基本性能与技术要求,避免出现失效问题。重点阐述了电梯意外移动保护装置的结构组成和工作原理,分析电梯意外移动保护装置的检验标准,提出检验方法,并结合实际检验案例进行分析:一是由于联动钢丝绳拉动顶钩时无法触发上行保护按键,导致意外移动上行保护失效;二是由于轿厢过度装修,造成实际的电梯平衡系数不在意外移动装置自监测子系统的适用范围内,导致制停距离变大,意外移动试验不符合要求。通过对检验案例的分析,进一步提升对意外移动保护装置检测的针对性和实效性。The application of elevator accidental movement protection device has greatly improved the safety of elevator use and can ensure the braking effect in the face of emergency.Therefore,in the actual application process,the detection should be strengthened and relevant failure cases should be used for analysis to master its basic performance and technical requirements and avoid failure problems.The structure composition and working principle of the elevator accidental movement protection device were emphatically elaborated,the inspection standard of the elevator accidental movement protection device was analyzed,the inspection method was proposed,and the analysis was made in combination with the actual inspection case:first,the upward protection button could not be triggered when the linkage wire rope pulls the top hook,which leaded to the failure of the upward protection for accidental movement;second,due to the excessive decoration of the lift car,the actual elevator balance coefficient was not within the scope of the application of the self monitoring subsystem of the accidental movement device,which leaded to the large stopping distance,and the accidental movement test did not meet the requirements.Through the analysis of the test cases,the pertinence and effectiveness of the detection of accidental mobile protection devices are further improved.
