摘　　要：轮胎市场竞争激烈,轮胎制造行业开始不断探索物联网、云计算和大数据等技术的应用,推动数字化生产,实现轮胎智能制造和绿色制造的转型。成型设备的质量是决定轮胎成型工艺的关键。成型机种类繁多,结构却大同小异,本文针对一种全钢新三鼓成型机,对各主要部件的重大改进展开介绍。With the fierce competition in the tire market,the tire manufacturing industry has begun to constantly explore the application of Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and other technologies,promote digital production,and realize the transformation of tire intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing.The quality of molding equipment is the key to determine the tire molding process.There are many kinds of building machines,but their structures are similar to each other.This paper introduces the major improvements of the main components of a new all steel three-drum building machine.
