摘　　要：履带销挂胶技术是指在履带销部分填充橡胶,这样一来可以提高履带和主动轮的啮合质量,增加履带寿命,减少噪音。目前坦克中最常见的双销履带基本都采用该技术,故挂胶履带销的制造批量化已成为当务之急。本文设计了一种履带销硫化挂胶脱模装置及脱模方法,主要用途是根据履带销特性设计自动脱膜装置,无需人工拿取挂胶履带销,进一步保障工人作业时的安全性,避免履带销掉落砸坏模具。The rubber hanging technology of track pin refers to that the rubber is filled in the track pin,which can improve the meshing quality of the track and the driving wheel,increase the service life of the track and reduce the noise.At present,the most common double pin track in tanks basically adopts this technology,so the batch manufacturing of rubber hanging track pins has become an urgent task.This paper designs a demoulding device and demoulding method for vulcanized rubber hanging of track pin.The main purpose is to design an automatic demoulding device based on the characteristics of track pin.It does not need to take the rubber hanging track pin manually,further ensuring the safety of workers during operation,and preventing the track pin from falling and damaging the mold.
