摘　　要：本文简要介绍了设备故障及其管理的概念,故障管理的目的、内容,故障分类方法及故障现象、机理与原因。详细介绍了设备故障信息记录、信息收集、故障的统计和分析方法,总结了故障统计分析结果的应用。This paper briefly introduces the concept of equipment fault and its management,the purpose and content of fault management,fault classification method,fault phenomenon,mechanism and cause.This paper introduces in detail the equipment fault information recording,information collection,fault statistics and analysis methods,and summarizes the application of fault statistics and analysis results.
