摘 要:目前通用的无极绳绞车运行阻力计算公式中,未考虑钢丝绳经过各种绳轮组装置时的张力损失,绞车的实际牵引能力与理论选型计算差别较大。建立了无极绳绞车压绳轮组与钢丝绳的受力分析模型,分析了钢丝绳经过压绳轮组时的张力损失,找出了压绳轮组对钢丝绳张力影响的关系式并对其进行求解分析,得到了便于设计使用的计算公式。通过实例分析了压绳轮组对无极绳绞车运行阻力的影响,为精确计算运行阻力提供了依据。Since the tension loss of wire rope caused by passing by various wheel groups never was considered in the formula of calculating the running resistance of the endless-rope winch at present, the actual drag ability of the winch is greatly different from the theoretical sizing calculations. In the paper, the force analysis model of the rope-pressing wheel group and wire rope of the endless-rope winch was established, and the tension loss of wire rope caused by passing by the rope-pressing wheel group was analyzed. In addition, the formula indicating the influence of the rope-pressing wheel group on the tension of wire rope was deduced and solved,and the calculation formula used for design was obtained. The influence of the rope-pressing wheel group on the running resistance of the endless-rope winch was analyzed via actual calculation. The research offered reference for precious calculation of the running resistance.
