摘 要:辊压机作为矿山、建材等领域的重要破磨设备,能否长期稳定、高效地运行对整个生产线至关重要。针对传统集中控制架构存在可靠性差、施工量大、经济投入大等诸多问题,阐述了一种基于分布式I/O的辊压机控制系统。相较传统集中控制系统,分布式I/O控制系统具备网络化程度高、运行安全可靠、经济效益显著等优势,已成为矿山设备控制系统架构发展的必然趋势。The roller press is very important for comminution in mining, building materials and other fields.Its stable and efficient operation for long time is critical to entire production line. In view of the issues of traditional centralized control architecture, such as poor reliability, huge construction duty and large economic investment, a kind of control system for the roller press based on distributed I/O was discussed. Compared with the traditional centralized control system, the distributed I/O control system had the advantages of high degree of networking, safe and reliable operation, and remarkable economic benefits. It had become an inevitable trend in the architectural development of the control system for the mining equipment.
