摘 要:内蒙古某矿石中钼矿物分布不均匀、单体解离度更差且品位贫化,导致浮选指标出现波动,钼精矿品位和回收率偏低。在现场工艺流程的基础上,通过新药剂和新工艺进行选矿优化试验:采用CYSM-2作浮钼捕收剂、CYFM作为起泡剂、巯基乙酸钠作为钼硫矿物分离抑制剂,粗选段采用三粗一扫、预选精矿后尾矿选择性再磨再选流程,精选段采用再磨后分离、三粗两扫循序返回流程,可获得品位为40.39%、回收率达87.55%的钼精矿。与现场工艺相比,钼精矿品位提高9.76个百分点,回收率提高8.82个百分点。对比分析钼精矿表面添加煤油和新型捕收剂CYSM-2的接触角和吸附量,CYSM-2具有更优的捕收性能。Due to uneven distribution of molybdenum mineral, poor dissociation degree of monomer and declined grade in a kind of molybdenum ore from Inner Mongolia, the flotation indexes fluctuated, both the grade and the recovery of molybdenum concentrate were low. On the basis of on-site technical process flow,beneficiation optimization test was conducted with new reagent and new technical process. In the test, CYSM-2was used as molybdenum flotation collector, CYFM was used as foaming agent, and sodium mercaptoacetate was used as inhibitor for separation of molybdenum and sulfur mineral, the process of three roughing and two scavenging as well as selective re-grinding and re-separation of tailings after preliminary separation of concentrate was applied in roughing section, the process of separation after re-grinding as well as sequential return of three roughing and two scavenging was applied in cleaning section. Thus, the molybdenum concentrate with grade of 40.39% and recovery of 87.55% was obtained. Compared with on-site process, the grade and the recovery of the molybdenum concentrate enhanced by 9.76 and 8.82 percentage points respectively. After comparing the contact angle and the absorption amount of kerosene and new collector CYSM-2 added onto the surface of molybdenum concentrate, it was indicated that CYSM-2 was of better collection performance.
