摘 要:露天矿山随着开采作业面由浅部向深部延深,面临着矿山运输成本增加,经济效益下降的局面。为了提高经济效益,降低运输成本,根据露天矿山的生产现状,采用矿岩量台阶分布统计分析、运输线路模拟和运距测算等方法,结合技术经济对比,提出了矿山粗碎站移设方案。为露天矿山矿石运输制定的运输方案,对矿山生产起到了有效地指导作用,为企业提质增效、精细化管理提供了指导依据。Open-pit mines are facing the situation of increased transportation cost and decreased economic benefits as the mining operation surface extends from shallow to deep. In order to improve economic efficiency and reduce transportation cost, according to current production status of the open-pit mine, the methods such as statistical analysis on ore rock mass stage distribution, transportation route simulation and transportation distance measurement were used to propose the relocation scheme of the primary crushing station in mine in combination with technical and economic comparison. The transportation scheme formulated for ore transportation in open-pit mine played an effective guidance role for mine production, provided guidance for enterprises to improve quality, enhance efficiency and conduct refined management.
