摘 要:随着首席数据官制度的推广,对首席数据官履职情况的考评也提上日程。文中通过分析数据治理工作内容,来确定首席数据官在其中担任的工作职责,结合通用的绩效理论和工具,尝试构建企业首席数据官的考核评价机制。从组织目标、重点工作履职、组织成熟度、个人能力和附加项等5个维度开展评估,公正客观地反映首席数据官带领下的组织工作开展成效,以及首席数据官的个人贡献,具有一定的可操作性。With the promotion of the chief data management system,the evaluation of the performance of the chief data officer has also been upgraded.This paper analyzes the work content of data governance,determines the work responsibilities of the chief data officer,and tries to build an assessment and evaluation mechanism for enterprise chief data officers by combining common performance theories and tools.The evaluation is carried out from the five dimensions of organizational objectives,performance of key work,organizational maturity,personal ability and additional items,which fairly and objectively reflects the organizational work performance under the leadership of the Chief Data Officer,as well as the personal contribution of the Chief Data Officer,and has certain operability.
