摘　　要：白色念珠菌是人体条件致病菌,当人体免疫力下降或病原菌侵入非正常寄居部位可引发严重感染。机体通过各种免疫应答机制防御与清除白色念珠菌感染,而后者的免疫逃避机制是临床上治疗白色念珠菌感染的重大挑战。本文就白色念珠菌感染免疫应答的研究进展进行综述。Candida albicans is a conditional pathogen,which may cause serious infection when people with low immunity or the pathogenic bacteria invades the abnormal host site.The human body defends and cleans up candida albicans through various immune response mechanisms.The immune escape mechanism is the major challenge in clinical treatment of candida albicans infection.This article reviews the research progress of immune response to candida albicans infection.
