摘  要:国六柴油机冷起动性能对后处理DPF保护至关重要,本文分析了柴油机的冷起动性能较差的原因。通过对低温柴油喷射和雾化特性研究,得到了低温下柴油喷射量较常温降30%,贯穿距、油雾投影面积减小2.2mm和1.5mm2的结果,基于此提出轨管和高压油管加热的措施。经冷起动试验对比,验证了方案的有效性和可行性,试验结果表明共轨管加热和高压油管加热在相同的试验条件下比没有加热的方案能显著改善起动性能,减小起动时间,实现更低温度的起动。The cold start performance of National VI engine is very important for the post-treatment DPF protection. This paper analyzes the reasons for the poor cold start performance of diesel engine in Yuchai. Through the research on the injection and atomization characteristics of low-temperature of diesel. The results show that the diesel injection quantity is reduced by 30% compared with normal temperature, and the penetration distance and oil mist projection area are reduced by 2.2mm and 1.5mm~2 at low temperature.Thenthe measures for heating the common rail pipe and high-pressure oil pipe are put forward. The effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme are verified by the comparison of cold start tests, The experimental results show that using common rail tube heating and high-pressure oil tube heating can significantly improve the starting performance, reduce the starting time and achieve lower temperature starting than the scheme without heating, under the same test conditions.
