摘 要:为探讨飞机维修故障分析和管理改进,采用理论结合实践的方法,立足飞机维修故障分析的重要性,分析了常见的故障和故障处理方法,并提出具体的管理改进措施。分析结果表明,飞机维修故障成因众多,影响因素多,不同故障的特点也不相同,需要对故障进行深入分析,并采取数字化的管理模式,才能降低故障发生的概率,保证飞机始终处于良好的运行状态,从而促使我国航空事业持续健康的发展。In order to discuss the failure analysis and management improvement of aircraft maintenance, the method of combining theory with practice, based on the importance of aircraft maintenance failure analysis, analyzes common failures and troubleshooting methods, and proposes specific management improvement measures. The analysis results show that there are many causes and influencing factors of aircraft maintenance failures, and the characteristics of different failures are different. It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the failures and adopt a digital management mode to reduce the probability of failures and ensure that the aircraft is always in good operation. state, thus promoting the sustainable and healthy development of my country’s aviation industry.
