摘  要:产品生命周期管理PLM系统,为知识的流动与应用提供了良好的平台,实现从依靠个人“经验设计”向基于企业知识工程“预测设计”的跨越式发展。通过知识管理模式的数字化、模块化、自动化管理,搭建知识管理数据库,开展多信息系统集成应用。实现企业内产品的设计、仿真、工艺、生产、试验等多环节信息流打通,保障知识数据在不同的信息化系统平台间自动传输,保证不同系统平台间数据同源,保证数据正确性与完整性,提高知识管理水平,提高工艺设计能力,提高产品研发能力,加快产品开发上市速度,探索出一条适合多品种、系列化、中小批量零部件企业需求的快速智能工艺系统。Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) system, provides a good platform for knowledge flow and application, and realizes the leap-forward development from “experience design” based on personal to“ predictive design” based on enterprise knowledge engineering. Through digitized, modularized and roboticized management of knowledge management mode, knowledge management database is built, and multi-information system integration is applied. Realize information flow through of the enterprise product design, simulation, process, production, testing and other links, to ensure the automatic transmission of knowledge data in different information system platforms, to ensure the homology of knowledge data between different system platforms, to ensure the correctness and integrity of knowledge data, to improve the level of knowledge management, to enhance the capability of process design, to improve the ability of product research and development, to speed up the speed of product development and listing, explore a rapid and intelligent process system to satisfy multispecies, serialization, medium and small-sized batch parts enterprise needs.
