摘　　要：社会发展科技创新是指在生命健康、生态环境、公共安全等人民群众最关心、联系最紧密的领域,开展科学研究、技术开发及其成果转化应用。文章论述了社会发展科技创新的概念与内涵,基于对江苏社会发展科技创新的趋势和基础分析,提出了“十四五”时期江苏应立足“健康江苏”“美丽江苏”“平安江苏”,在突发重大公共卫生事件防控救治等19个方面强化布局,组织实施一批社会发展领域重大科技创新项目,从而推动更多先进科技创新成果支撑促进人的全面发展和社会全面进步。Scientific and technological innovation for social development refers to the development of scientific research,technological development and the transformation and application of achievements in areas that the people are most concerned about and closely related to,such as life and health,ecological environment and public security.This paper discusses the concept and connotation of scientific and technological innovation of social development.Based on the trend and basic analysis of scientific and technological innovation of social development in Jiangsu,it is proposed that Jiangsu should base itself on“healthy Jiangsu”,“beautiful Jiangsu”and“safe Jiangsu”during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,strengthen the layout in 19 aspects such as prevention and treatment of major public health incidents,organize and implement a number of major scientific and technological innovation projects in the field of social development,so as to promote more advanced scientific and technological innovation achievements to support and promote the comprehensive development of people and the comprehensive progress of society.
