摘 要:整体动平衡工序是车用涡轮增压器装配生产线上的重要环节,该工序的动平衡量的测量过程比较的复杂,需要综合考虑操作人员、设备检测系统以及外部环境等因素共同作用的影响,来评估测量过程的误差来源。针对增压器整体动平衡工序出现抽样检测不合格的问题,基于minitab统计软件对整机动平衡机的测量过程进行测量系统分析(MSA),科学合理地分析测量系统的各项评估项目,找出测量过程中的变异来源。通过对动平衡机的高压气流的控制系统与操作工艺进行改进,并试验验证,改进措施有效的提升整体动平衡工序测量系统的精确性。The overall dynamic balance process is an important link in the vehicle turbocharger assembly line. The measurement process of the dynamic balance of this process is relatively complex. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of the operator, the equipment detection system and the external environment to evaluate the error source of the measurement process. Aiming at the problem of unqualified sampling inspection in the overall dynamic balancing process of the supercharger, based on Minitab statistical software, the measurement system analysis(MSA) of the measurement process of the overall dynamic balancing machine is carried out, and various evaluation items of the measurement system are scientifically and reasonably analyzed to find out the source of variation in the measurement process. Through the improvement of the control system and operation process of the high-pressure air flow of the dynamic balancing machine, and the test verification, the improvement measures effectively improve the accuracy of the overall dynamic balancing process measurement system.
