摘  要:为分析某重型燃机透平首级动叶的耦合载荷情况,采用Workbench软件分析了燃气轮机透平动叶在运行工况下的离心载荷、温度载荷和气动载荷,并对叶片进行了热-固-结构耦合,分析了叶片在不同加载情况下的变形和应力分布情况。结果表明:影响动叶正常运行的三种载荷中,动叶转速较低时温度载荷的影响较大,离心载荷的影响随着动叶转速的增大而增加,且最大位移出现在动叶靠近叶冠处吸力面中间位置,与实际动叶损坏情况相符。In order to analyze the coupling load case of the first stage moving blade of a heavy gas turbine, the centrifugal load, temperature load and aerodynamic load of the gas turbine moving blade under operating conditions are analyzed by Workbench software. And a thermal solid structure coupling of the blade is carried out, and the deformation and stress distribution of the blade under different loading conditions are analyzed. The results show that among the three loads affecting the normal operation of the moving blade, the temperature load has a greater influence when the rotating speed of the moving blade is low, the influence of the centrifugal load increases with the increase of the rotating speed of the moving blade, and the maximum displacement occurs in the middle of the suction surface near the blade crown, which is consistent with the actual damage of the moving blade.
