摘  要:本文使用Solidworks对曲轴进行三维建模,将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,对其进行热应力分析。将热与结构应力相结合,分析曲轴在热/结构耦合作用下的应力状态。将耦合分析结果数据导入nCode DesignLife软件中,对曲轴进行疲劳损伤和寿命分析,判断曲轴的可靠性,找出易损坏部位,为后续结构优化提供理论依据。3 D model of the crankshaft was built in Solidworks and imported into ANSYS Workbench in this paper. The thermal stress of the crankshaft was analyzed. Coupling the thermal and structural stress analysis, the stress state of the crankshaft under the thermal/structural coupling effect was analyzed. The coupling analysis results were imported into the software of nCode DesignLife, the fatigue life of the crankshaft was analyzed and the reliability was estimated. Based on the fatigue life nephograms, easily damaged parts was find. This provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization.
